The Digital Cities Survey is conducted annually. Award-winning cities, towns, villages, and consolidated city/county governments are invited to in the survey, which examines overall technology programs and plans of the city. Winners of this survey award show a commitment to excellence in providing the best technology for engaging their citizens with technology and cutting edge applications.
The Adobe Government Creativity Awards celebrates the talent and effort of creative, scientific and design professionals who are pushing the envelope of design in the Public Sector to serve and engage citizens, communities, and each other. Denvergov.org and Pocketgov were both honored in the 2017/2018 showcase. Denvorgov.org won in the Interactive - Web Design category and pocketgov was a finalist in the Interactive - Mobile App category.
The City and County of Denver has been recognized for the ways in which it connects with residents in the digital space, taking home first place in Overall City Government Experience in 2017. The Government Experience awards recognizes the achievements and best practices of states, cities, and counties that have gone to the web and beyond to radically improve the experience of government and push the boundaries of how citizen services are delivered.
