Dalila Gutierrez, 311 Customer Service Specialist

I began my career as a 311 Agent in July of 2007 and was promoted to 311 Specialist in June of 2010. Before joining 311, I enjoyed being a part of several different professions: coaching youth in volleyball and basketball: Office Manager at an Audiologist office: and a recruiter for traveling RN’s. 

What I like most about being a part of the 311 team are the opportunities to learn about our City agencies and, in turn, provide that knowledge to Denver residents.
