Ramsy Reyes, 311 Customer Service Lead

I have been with Denver 311 since 2007.  I started my career as a Customer Service Agent and was promoted to a Customer Service Lead in April of 2008. I have 12 years of customer service background.  While my previous employment has been in the private industry, I’ve enjoyed learning about and working in the public sector.  Specifically, I like knowing we are helping and serving the public.  It gives me a warm fuzzy feeling inside knowing I have helped someone with an issue or concern. To the public 311 is a one-stop-shop!
