Human Rights & Community Partnerships

The Agency for Human Rights and Community Partnerships (HRCP) is the umbrella agency for eight distinct offices that envision a unified city where capacities and partnerships have been built and leaders from city governments and all corners of our community are empowered and supported.

HRCP addresses issues concerning older adults, racial, ethnic and religious minorities, women and families, people with disabilities, gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender individuals, immigrants and refugees, neighborhood partnerships, and non-profit partnerships.
