Divisions & Offices

The Denver Department of Human Services has staff in the following Divisions and Offices:

The Administration Division is responsible for the overall management of the Department and includes the offices of the Manager and the Deputy Managers.

The Business Management Division is responsible for Contracting Services and fiscal management.

The Child Support Enforcement Division is responsible for ensuring quality and timely Child Support Services and resources.

The Child Welfare Division is responsible for providing Child Protection ServicesAdoption and Foster Care resources, and advocacy for Denver youth and children.

The Office of Community Impact integrates Denver's Road Home, the Office of Drug Strategy, and the Veteran Services Office to work more collaboratively and effectively with internal and external partners.

The Family & Adult Division is responsible for providing Adult Protectioncash assistance (TANF), Food Assistance, assistance with Medicaid and Medicare, and other help to Denver residents.

The Financial Services Division is responsible for providing timely and accurate Financial Services and information.
